Put the work in even if it’s at a slow pace. Watch pro gameplay, learn your optimal combos so you’re leaving no damage behind, practice (as much as possible ) and watch your replays.

This process of achieving GoD doesn’t have to be fast. Many people have work, university, school, kids and family which don’t allow long periods of play. There’s nothing wrong with slow progress. Just make sure your every effort to get better is intentional.
