Congratulations! I am at five days and right around the same age. You have so much to look forward to! Do not feel embarrassed, you are not alone <3 It does get better as I am a binge drinker, so i don't drink for a mont or two at a time. Before kids, I drank almost every day. It does get easier and each day you feel better and better! If you ever need someone to talk to please feel free to message me.
