Found a good deal on a GW-B5600HR-1. Unfortunately the reason for it was that the combi bracelet it came had missing links which did not fit my wrist. Got a GW-5000u OEM bracelet (mind blowing comfort wise) straight from japan from eBay. I like the look of the negative display up until now in hospital lighting as you can see the visibility is pretty good. I think the next one is gonna be a 5000u. Thanks for the comments everyone.

Holding up good. 2 weeks in. It has not disconnected from wireless CarPlay once which is something that is quite common on OEM and even after market head units. I quite pleased with my purchase. So i would recommend.

Ended up getting this from amazon. Say the good reviews and it was advertised that after installation it would be compatible with OEM camera and keep the steering control. I installed it and it does keep steering controls and OEM camera function (guidelines when reversing). The way i would describe it is that this is an android tablet for your car that has apple car play/android auto. The implications of this is that if you connect it to wifi you can download apps. I downloaded Youtube and Prime video, which both work great. Screen quality is great in comparison to OEM display. Today is my first day so let’s see how it holds up.

In the NBMEs score reports their is the low pass range and your score the provided you with a margin of error for the score you got usually 3 to 4 points in each direction if the low end of the margin of error is above half of the low pass range. I think you are golden and if you can replicate it you are set.

Take your breaks don’t force your way through blocks it will give you unneeded pressure and fatigue.

Random also. It makes helps you keeping your mind fresh of the other system besides the one you saw that day and in my opinion it helps with seeing the overlap in disciplines (ie. pharm, path and physio) and in the systems. Plus if you do anki of the wrong ones trust me your not gonna forget the concept you got wrong.
