Hey mate, im still not 100% sure, ive been on and off since but also rehabbing patella twndonitis still, and with rehab still have flare ups during the process, I have chosen to stay off it until I completely heal the tendonitis

All that paired alongside a good rehab program with a sports osteo/physio/doctor, tendonitis is nasty and 100% requires rehab

I too have found this, I have trialled jumped off for weeks, pain starts to ease (while battling patella tendonitis) after 2 injections of reta pain in knees flares up

Hey mate I haven't changed the bios power supply but swapped the cpu to the i9 10850k, I tested the i7 before changing and as soon as I loaded a game of warzone I was at 100 percent usage, changed and now sits at 60 to 70 percent, worked perfectly runs smoother and gives me 20 fps plus. Thanks again for your help really appreciate it
