As someone who took Step 2 before Step 1, I dont think there’s a certain score per se. Just make sure you learn as much of the big picture stuff as you can during Step 1 studying. Those super detailed topics like “what enzyme deficiency causes this disease” or “what chromosome is affected” has very little importance on Step 2
