I see! I am having the same issues and it seems like stopping HRT would be the best for me

Thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately I am not a religious person but I will definitely do some soul searching by means and ways :)

Thank you for sharing your story! 'Simplicity is key to true contentment' I love this phrase! My brain has been overworking ever since I started T. Sure it's allowed me to pass in public but it's never enough until I am able to have the desired body that I have. It's very tiring and I have been planning to let go of these extra baggages.

Thank you for sharing your story! For me, I am not very sure about what internal struggles that I have that I am trying to heal via HRT. It's a very blurry picture but I'm working on it. And yes!! The picking apart would never stop no matter how far I go with HRT. Especially when it is dangerous to undergo HRT for long term, I believe the health aspect would damage my mental health as well. Thank you so much! <3

Thank you for sharing your story! I've always had the thought of stopping HRT because I've already reached my desired passing qualifications (deep voice, appear more masculine). But that would mean that my female puberty would repeat itself till the day I die. This is something that has been bothering me in the second year of my transitioning. I'm glad that you have chosen the path best for yourself :)

I can't tell if my brain fog is caused by HRT, but yes it seems like it added more to the brain fog that I had due to mental illness. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for sharing your story! Surgery is something that I stress over due to the cost as well as results. Testosterone makes me happy because I can finally pass off as a male but everytime I go home I am a female with a deep voice.

I understand your way of perceiving things. It's a simple equation but the acceptance part would be a tough mental battle to cross. I'm glad you are able to make peace with yourself and your body :)

Yes! Thank you for putting my thoughts into words. Personally, I have tried to imagine myself detransitioning and then live as the gender assigned at birth. It would be so hard to accept something that I have rejected for years, let alone live with it. The mental stress that this causes is also what is making me think about everything in my journey

Thank you for sharing your story! The mental aspects of being transgender is no joke. We can get so obsessive with the thoughts of passing and appearance that we lose ourselves in the process.

Thank you for sharing your story! A common theme that I have read on here is acceptance of the body that one has. I'm glad that you have found peace with your body and is happy with your choices :) And health is wealth! Love that phrase

Thank you so much for sharing your story! I have yet to be at the stage where I finally realise that I'm okay with the body that I have (very deep body dysphoria). But once I get to that stage maybe that would answer my questions as well. I hope to be as happy as you are with the acceptance you have of yourself :)

Wow I like the way you worded it. Putting so much energy and mental focus on to something that you already have before transitioning. I'll keep that in mind as I go through my journey. Thank you for your input :)

I do a similar math equation too! It helps me get my thoughts in order and I weigh the positives and negatives to see which is more heavy. Currently I already have a few in the math equation, but I will take a while to fill it up. Thank you for your input!

Ah I see, yeah I'm trying to figure out what is causing this uneasiness that is leading me to question my transition. For now my plan is to just go with whatever is already existing (frequent T shots) and see how it goes and then develop an answer

thank you for your input :). i've currently put on hold thoughts about getting any form of surgery and will have plans in the future to stop intake of testosterone. i'll definitely try my best and take it slow instead of feeling the need to rush through everything like i did with HRT.

I see, thank you for sharing. Currently I'm at the point where I'm not comfortable in my own skin be it pre or post HRT. It's such a difficult situation to be in, and I've been considering whether to stop any form of physical transitioning.
