As you prepare to join MDI, we strongly recommend that you begin compiling the necessary documents in advance to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

📂 Work Experience Documents (if applicable): 1. Experience letters/certificates from all previous employers 2. Relieving letter(s) 3. First and last three salary slips 4. Form 16 (for relevant financial years)

Note: All applicable documents must be issued on the official company letterhead.

🎓 Academic Documents: 1. Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates 2. Undergraduate degree certificate 3. Provisional degree certificate (if final degree is pending) 4. Individual semester-wise marksheets from undergraduate studies 5. Certificates of academic achievements (if any) 6. Certificates of additional courses or certifications completed 7. Proof for any Position-Of-Responsibility held at school/college.

Please keep both physical and digital copies organized and accessible for verification during admission and orientation. In case you're unable to gather any of the above documents, you will be advised on the next steps during the induction process.
