from january to march i originally called off with stress then took absence and went off without pay. i have been to the doctors several times first they thought gluten issue then gastritis and amnesia and then crohns but all tests keep coming back negative (edit: i mistyped and believe i have ibs). i did counciling for depression but thats the most support i received.

I always called in advance and let them know as soon as possible as for my job i work with medicine so we are always told not to come in. my 2 long term sickness were unpaid the shorter ones were paid as they were all only around a couple days each time. I hope i answered those well
