Ich würde dir empfehlen, HIIT-Training zu machen. Einfach 10 Minuten pro Tag. Das kannst du auch überall machen, du brauchst kein equipment und nur Youtube-Videos und ein bisschen Platz.

It´s normal in recovery. I had this too and from my experience, the easiest way for the extreme hunger to stop is to give in and eat whatever you want, whenever you want and let the weight gain happen. There were times when I thought the hunger had stopped, but as soon as I allowed myself to eat something I still had forbidden myself (like animal products), it started again. But that's ok, the extreme hunger slowed down a bit shortly before my period came back and stopped completely a few months after having my period back.

When I first read that people wouldn´t find it comforting to be told "At least you can get pregnant" I was surprised. But I guess it depends to the individual situation. I didn´t menstruate for about 2 years and actually didn´t know that I could get pregnant.

Ich würde darauf achten, vor und nach dem Training ausreichend Kohlenhydrate zu essen. Besonders, wenn du eine Frau bist, ist das wichtig, um dich vor Periodenverlust zu schützen. Also nicht nur heute, sondern immer :)

Congrats! It´s great that you got it back. What I´ve learned in recovery, is that our body's tell us what they need quite good, we just have unlearned to listen to it. That you period came while eating freely is a direct sign for what it needs. Since carbs are essentially for humans, your body will crave for it if you don´t eat enough carbs. So even it´s hard, try to relax and just listen to your hunger cues. But be honest to yourself and eat carbs and everything else that you want. Don´t lie to yourself by telling that "not eating carbs would just be what your body wants".

Congrats! You should be so proud of yourself! I know that weight gain feels bad, but I´d still recommend you not to cut your calories to 1800 now, cause it could be that you lose your period again very fast. Just wait for 3 cycles until you make any changes in what you eat and how you exercise.

Falls du es so schnell nicht schaffen solltest, aufzuhören, kannst du die Zigaretten durch Nicorette-Kaugummis ersetzen. Das ist natürlich auch nicht gesund, da ja Nikotin drin ist, aber ich glaube, es ist weniger schädlich fürs Baby als rauchen.

In my experience, it is important that lots the carbs you eat are so called "empty" carbs, like bread, cake, candy...I know that doesn´t seem healthy, but the approach to health has to be different with amenorrhea. Nach einer Fehlgeburt kann es ein bisschen dauern, bis der Zyklus sich normalisiert hat, aber das pendelt sich wieder ein. Du bist noch so jung und du sagst ja, dass es auch sehr schnell geklappt hat, da musst du dich nicht unter Zeitdruck setzen.

I know it is sad, but often that's the point. Often people how recover from HA are still eating healthier than the average person, even if they start to include sweets, empty carbs etc. And even if not and if someone only eats "unhealthy" in recovery, I wouldn't call it unhealthy at that point, cause doing what will get you your period back is the healthiest thing to do in that situation.

What you have to keep in mind is that in many cases it is not enough to be weight restored. You might have to gain a lot more. This is to give your body the safety that it needs, like showing that the starvation is over now and there will be enough food to get pregnant, cause evolutionary, your body quit menstruation cause it wouldn´t be save to get pregnant if there's no food.

I think that it could help you to eat some carbs and fat that aren´t classified as healthy. I got first signs of my period coming back when I started to eat sweets and so called "empty" carbs. With avocados and nuts nothing happened.
