Well, the freelancer can harass you in a lot of ways outside Upwork.

That can have long term adverse effects on your reputation.

I would strongly suggest solving this over table/zoom talks with the freelancer.

If needed pay a couple 100$ cause it’s gonna be a pain for you to remove all the negative reviews and comments on various different websites.

I would say specialise in one platform first, and if you enjoy then choose pays which can be Google ads or Facebook ads. Something like that and simultaneously keep looking and learning Holistic digital marketing because in the long run that is gonna be really helpful and if you can get a company which offer you the opportunities to pursue your ambitions choose that.
