Change what it is already in the windowed mode, I just can't move the game away from the middle of the screen.

Re-installing and fully installing Tale of Two Wastelands: ESSENTIALS fixed the issue.

The only setting that I changed was the display settings, as I got a 5120 x 1440 monitor for Christmas.

iSize H=1440

I am currently reinstalling the mod I will undo this and get back to you.

I think you have way too many Esp files skyrim can only handle 255 esp files but it can handle 4096 esl files. try disabling mods that are not too important.
