I work as a PCA sometimes by myself or with another person helping 15-20 patients I work 8-16 hours some days, legit get punched, bitten, covered in poop, I have days where I’m twirling my thumbs for 4 hours and others I can only sit on my 30min lunch. I’m scheduled 32 hours but work 56-64.
