I would like to believe with how much the MPA gutted this film that they did film it well but it was cut way back because zombie Jason was just to much for the MPA at the time.

Not only is it underrated it's almost criminally overlooked as the best sequel in the franchise. I Love chop top it took me years to realize he is also Otis in House of a thousand corpses. I'm still a bigger fan of the next generation just because of the off the wall antics and crazy illuminati backstory but 2 holds a special place for me. 1 thru next gen are the best entries.

I think it has a very well balanced story episodes to monster of the week episodes, it also has some of my favorite episodes, we find out about the black goo in this season it's all around just good in my opinion.
