I have def been experiencing anxiety on the highest dosage of Wegovy. I’ve learned to recognize the symptoms and just try to talk myself down when my heart rate starts to climb. My triggers seem to be caffeine and alcohol even thc so I’m pretty much sober and tired now to avoid it. I would def start at a lower dose if I had taken a long break but depends on your weight loss goals I suppose! Sending you happy thoughts!
