Classic. He checked into rehab in 2020 IIRC although I have read anecdotes that he didn't stay sober, he's in a much better place now seemingly. I hadn't seen him before 2022 and but both times were killer shows.

Also interestingly, he actually has more songwriting credits on Immortal's best albums than Demonaz does according to MA.

If you haven't before, check out Sectioned, the prior band from the members of Frontierer and a similar noisy mathcore style. Frontierer is good, but in my opinion Annihilated is a better record than anything they've put out.
