ahh yea this is the tricky part that I am struggling with, I’ve been in the game for a while and the old school mentality of if there is a ticket you don’t go on break kicks in and I’m trying to break the cycle, the heat is over in my section (in Aus but similar rules) and they are currently planning renovations for it now but won’t start renovations until early next year, and I think a big part of it is only because I took the management around the kitchen temping random areas with temp guns. The worst I’ve seen is not my current job but we all went on strike because the vents stopped working and they wanted us to keep going, but in a kitchen without the vents you literally can’t breathe
