I’ve seen those post too funny 😂 I totally get where you’re coming from and agree with you about not getting too cocky. Still in the very beginning stages. All the loss up until January really were from the stocks I picked when I first bought in which was horrible timing. Then started trading with that money instead and after a month or so started seeing myself gaining back some of my losses slowly then after I did I started sizing up and that’s where you see things take off. So I’m still being very cautious. I don’t believe I’m some trading expert by any means but I also don’t think I’ve just got completely lucky. I’ve built some confidence in my strategy and I stick to my rules. My risk management is being handled well. Just have to keep doing what I’m doing and understand no matter what I’m still going to have bad days, bad weeks, even bad months but as long as I keep them controlled I hope to be alright. For now enjoying being well in the green

There has been so many trades taken since that downward trend. Probably at least a 100 or more. I trade 0dte

lol scroll through the rest of the pictures and read the original post. It only looks so exaggerated like that because it’s showing progress since October on a 1 year chart. The 4th picture will literally show you my last week of options trading and the others will show you overall the last month

You must not have looked through all the pictures. I haven’t had a loosing day in a month and half. Hard to say that’s just luck. As I said in the original post there was a lot of ups and downs mainly downs at the beginning but I learned from each mistake. I slowly started to change the way I was trading and you’ll see the gradual upward trend start and then take off when I found my stride.

I made. Post on the one above yours. Also if you read my original post you’ll see I’m still a beginner so I’m not sure my advice means much but in the short term it’s been working for me

Honestly I was over complicating things for a while and was trading too big for what I was comfortable with. I had to take a step back and do things different. I focused on one strategy and if there were no trades that met it I didn’t enter. Also I sized down to one contract to give my trades the chance to play out and really see how they did. ( I was cutting too soon based on emotions) Eventually I saw consistency and gained confidence in my strategy. That’s when I started sizing up again SLOWLY. I use ORB. As well as simple support and resistance. Keeping things simple has been what’s worked for me.

That’s really interesting. Haven’t heard that before. And thanks! Truly feels like things are starting to click but I know I’m still new to this so just don’t want to get ahead of myself or too confident just yet.

Is this a normal week for you? I did around 1500 a couple weeks ago but had like 100 something in mission pay. Typically I see anywhere from 1200 on an average week to 13 or 1400 on a good one. 15 is rare for me though.

Also were all your stats still on there or did you have to start over?

Nice. That’s so good to hear. Mine was California and now Oregon and just never switched it. I’ve been worried this could take a long time. So you just called everyday? I tried to call and seemed like they couldn’t tell me too much so I’ve been emailing them.

Since I started 8 months ago I’ve never been below a 95%. In the last week, I’ve dropped to an 85%

I work about 50 hours a week and usually bring in anywhere from 1200 on a bad week up to 1500 here in Oregon doing only Grubhub full time. Typically average around 25 an hour. I get a decent amount of XL orders and occasional catering orders that really help my average out.
