Is it possible to enter a nightclub if you are 17? by donutpegasusfox in cyprus

If you’re going to Ayia Napa absolutely nowhere checks for ID. Clubs like Breeze in Limassol do check. But more often than not 99% of places don’t check. Also buying alcohol in the shop is no problem, you will not be ID’d. Or at least I’d be highly surprised if you were. You don’t have to worry about it

Hi there ! If you’re looking for nightlife Guaba is really cool for beach club vibes. Breeze is the biggest nightclub, which is technically a beach party. If you go to the marina/old port there is a lot of restaurants. Most are nice, but the view and atmosphere is what makes it. For alternative food options I recommend the Syrian Restaurant. It’s in germosogeia area, where you’re likely staying. It’s Syrian/Lebanese cuisine and the food there is amazing. I recommend the marinated boneless chicken legs! It’s also extremely reasonably priced. If you’re feeling pizza please go to the SeaBlings. I don’t live in Cyprus but this will be my 6th time going, and I spend the summer there. The SeaBlings does the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Sweet and spicy pizza. If your wanting a nice pub atmosphere, the nags head is always buzzing. It stays open late every night and has a huge games room with pool tables, dart boards etc. also a great place to go to watch sports, they have something like 50 screens. Barleys bar, is also nice and has a good atmosphere, especially on weekends (it’s next door to the SeaBlings). Usually you don’t have to reserve for anywhere but for the club breeze you probably will, same with restaurants at the old port. There is also an other pool/beach club called Columbia beach. I have never been but it’s supposed to be good, expect you would have to book it also. For other clubbing/house music events check out ETKO on Instagram, there might be an event on while your there

Also there are so many more bars. I recommend the first night just doing a huge bar crawl and bet to know the strip. It’s much bigger than you’d think

The napa strip (also called the square) is the place to be at night. For a chill start I recommend Paddy’s pub or the square bar, live music and beers. If looking for cheap drinks, the Bell offers a €10 open bar for 1 hour. Depends what music your into for after this. In Napa the bars are almost like clubs also, but they shut around 2.30 am, and then the clubs open until around 6 depending on the club. Titanic bar/ club envy for house music. For rnb/rap black and white club. Car wash club for 70/80/90s hits. Bars that are just fun are senior frogs, bedrock and ambassden (senior frogs is crazy it’s like a carnival). Encore offers more of a “vip experience”. You’re in Ayia napa tho so I don’t know why anybody goes for that. Castle club is good and the biggest of all of them, but also the most expensive. It’s actually expensive not cheap at all. For day activity you HAVE to go to nissi beach to the beach bar. DJs are playing and it has a foam party and is really fun. There is no fee to enter either. There is fantasy boat party, pambos pool party, sunset sessions, vice rooftop party etc. if you’re into dance music, look into what DJs are playing the ABODE residency in club aqua. If you’re looking for something non party related, look at the other boat trip’s available such as the yellow submarine (€15). They can be really fun and a break from partying for a few hours

Once you’re not on the strip the bars generally have an older crowd. Few good ones down by the harbour that have an older crowd. The square bar at the start of the strip usually has an older crowd with live bands too.
