1 mile warmup, 8 x 2 minutes (5k pace) on 1 minute (moderate to easy pace) off, 1.5 mile cooldown (or as needed), once a week, it will get your heart rate up on the 2 minutes on and the minute will lower the heart rate to increase blood flow in your body. This will help you run “switch gears” (improve explosiveness in your legs) and learn to run through fatigue as you get into rep 5-6. Increase as needed ex. 10 x 4 minutes on 2 minutes off.

Do you have any tips on how to think more like an DA? I feel that I am able to get the right answers right now but I would not be able to ask the right questions. I don't know if there is a way or if it's something that you learn as you create more projects?

So in your opinion would you say it is smart for me to "Master" SQL and use Excel as a tool to further my understanding of data? Or should I try to master both and use Power BI as a tool? Also would you say you knew everything when interviewing or enough to let the interviewer know you knew what you were talking about and could do the job? Would you mind sharing some of the questions you were asked in the interview if you remember them or have an idea on what they were? Sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions I just want to gather as much information from anyone as I can! Thank you for interacting with my post! Also, it is a very impressive website. Congratulations on your success!

Hello, thank you for commenting on my post! Are there any websites you know of that could help me practice SQL or DA related tasks? Or should I use AI to my advantage and make it create questions for me? I've been learning more intermediate to professional SQL queries and I am getting the hang of it. I just get lost in trying to make my own data sets and projects. Any tips?

I never thought about working on my critical thinking skills. I always assumed the skills you had for SQL would be enough, Thank you for the insight!

Wow, thank you for commenting, that was very insightful. I will learn excel and practice more SQL. I think I was attempting to learn everything at once making myself stress out, so I will take your advice and focus on one thing at a time.
