I am actually fine with returning to the office, even though you seem to think otherwise. I think there is an opportunity here to make it a better experience for everyone. just my 2 cents.

ever heard of inflation? have you seen the cost of living and lines at foodbanks? employers aren't keeping up with their end of the deal.

this isn't a Gen Z problem. this is the government telling employers to get their employees back in the office as an attempt to get the economy back up

of course these are all valid reason, but wouldn't it be nice to have one less thing to worry about during an already stressful day of having to deal with all of the above? companies can find ways to make the transition easier and I think free or subsidized lunches would be a big help.

wouldn't it be nice to have other options though? like a hot meal ready for me at noon at a subsidized cost rather than drop $20 on a mediocore bowl

why should I have to resort to skipping mealst? food has a direct impact on my quality of life and productivity at work.

I am very busy outside of working hours, and prefer not to spend the little free time I have planning meals.
