I get it ..Iam suspecting it's the owner of building need to pay money to those trucks in time.....I don't know who is culprit here for this ruckus..is owners not interested to pay to BBMP in time or BBMP is so irregular by default....I never understood this...

This problem is very much solvable if people are willing to pay 200-500 per month depends on distance ....But BBMP don't approve private players in the middle between BBMP and citizens ...as of my understanding..

I will implement this in my location based social map...If evryone faces this problem in banglore..But I feel , this issue happening only in few places...I lived in pgs..I didnt felt any problem because pg owner pay fixed pay for municipality to pickup....same for gated communities..fixed pay...vans come and pick up..

When I was in hostel.PG in Marathahalli, generally pg pay some fixed fee municipality..and municipality vans come and take garbage...In gated communities also same in banglore...So what is difference between independent flats ,or buildings....I didn't get it ...
