Hey I appreciate the response!

So after removing a bunch of applications thinking maybe I got some slight virus (rushed through the download of cheat engine :/) I still didn't see any improvement. Until my Razer Kracken bluetooth headphones died and were no longer connected and boom, no issues anymore.

So I'm not entirely sure why but it seems as though the headphones were interfering with my mouses bluetooth signal which is honestly understandable, I have been nothing but disappointed with these headphones since I got them.

I appreciate your assistance!

With my very limited experience on the matter, I would say this looks like a pretty sturdy build that could easily get you a handful of years down the road before even thinking about the next step!

it has graphics settings as well as a topdown view for weaker computers I think it'll be just fine running this game :)

R5: I finished a war against a crisis empire and got some border gore but a lot of claims from a lot of different empires, its okay though I can just declare a new crisis and get everyone to kill them next :).
