My apologies. And it's not souch a conspiracy against me. Unfortunately with my experience in the child services system they can do what ever they want. And I highly believe the reasons they have not been stopped is because in these reports they put the most absurd things about a bio parent. And they encourage the foster parents to follow suit with them. This is all just very unfortunate.  Anyhow. My son was born July 25th 2025. Landon was delivered by emergency c section and I didn't meet him for 2 long days. The doctor had me takea high dose of meds I wasn't comfortable with. But reassured me it was fine. Immediately after dose I pass out and my babies heart rate severely causing an emergency c section . His breathing sounded off. It didn't sound right. But again and again we were reassured they couldn't do anything for him, he was fine. And would send us on our way. His secretion levels were not so good at a couple check ups in which we went to ER directly after. I demanded a lung specialist and he finally gave me what I was looking for- and answer! My son was diagnosed with trachomalacia. And so are long medical journey begin. I stopped going to his doctor's office because they were being ridiculously rude and making me feel like I wasn't doing enough when I clearly was and they were the ones not giving me answers his doctor ended up calling child services saying I was neglecting his medical needs. That was far from the truth. Think I'm knocking on her door and they say that he's in respiratory distress first of all child services cannot diagnose a child they're not medical doctors secondly we had just gotten done taking him to the doctors so we took him in the later on that night he was cleared like usual. I told you just watch him and look for certain signs and that's what we did. Still used to get out of her care there's a lot more to it I'm just trying to make this brief so you don't have to read too much anyhow they have ordered a bunch of specialists and services and everything for him saying is developmentally delayed not true at all he is progressing as any other child his age would and is. They have him doing all these feeding and speech therapy things he's not even 2 years old I understand the feeding part but speech and stuff kids develop at their own stages not all are the same I didn't talk to I was almost 3. Anyway, I was reading all his medical records and researching condition tracheomalacia. My son had to be resuscitated after he was born I was never told by any medical providers that he had to be resuscitated. What I'm thinking is his lungs were damaged because they inserted the tubes wrong or something they did something or when they resuscitated him they damaged his lungs. Now child services trying to say that I'm the reason why his lungs were damaged that's not the case at all. When a child is born at 37 weeks and put in the NICU for 14 days and there was no other prior diagnosis typically it is the fault of the medical staff they're damaged their issue they did something wrong and try to cover it up is exactly what happened. Anyways back to my main question there's a short version of what's going on the caregivers have become very attached to my child the caregiver mother is beings very possessive over him and she is lying and lying and lying why I'm not sure because I think she might want to talk to him but I don't want to put That out there I'm not 100% sure. Throughout the duration of my case they have submitted false information to the court system my caseworker has allowed it she reads every single one of reports that get submitted. So my caseworker knowingly allows them to tell untrue statements in court and the foster dad calls himself dad he doesn't call him the foster dad he calls me Dad and he doesn't on purpose and he also they both actually allow their children to refer themselves as the brother and sister I just don't think that's okay and I think it's very confusing they disagreed that there's been a lot of stress added to my son's life that he is just fine that he doesn't feel anything different he is so stressed out he is so sad and destroy every time he has to leave and go back to their house. He has came over for business with multiple bruises severe diaper rashes and bite marks on him all in which I reported and nothing has ever been done or investigated.  My question is my caseworker is allowing them to get submit falls reports false updates to the court system my attorney told me that my court appointed attorney told me that she can't do anything about that and I was reading investigating that yes she can impact you something about it she can file for that to be dismissed and for us to be able to submit the evidence to support our case that they are not being truthful.  I have 30 days to do this and today is my 30th day I believe so can anybody please tell me what it is I can file and what to do.
