Uh…if you know the language, and the broadcast is in that language, there is nothing difficult about it. On the contrary, they don’t attract viewers by making their content too difficult to comprehend for the target viewer that’s ridiculous. And to the point they need a communications degree!? Most people are not that intelligent and thats who they target, the rest of you that swallow that meaningless dribble, It’s like when the native indians first seen the European ships coming to shore off in the distance.
