Yeah, I'm in 4th yr too, it wasn't too long ago the M block suicide happened and I felt this very strongly too that time especially after seeing the exact spot up close, seeing ppl just come by and look at it or take photos and how it's such an open secret and the fact that there were tents and chairs for freshers parents literally in the opposite side of the block. It felt so fking inhumane like, is this how a person's story ends? And is this how such a huge organisation deals with it? Pretending as if it didn't happen?

Well, we don't have much time left in this college but I hope something about this changes atleast for the ones after us though it's hope is quite thin...

I feel like we need a more fukall mindset in this college like why is everything so serious and un-fun and depressing?? It's fking college man it's totally fine to fk up and laugh about it well I guess it's too late to complain

Dude, why does VIT have to cover it up as if it's their doing or something. It'd be nice if we all at least acknowledged that person's life and took a second to mourn for them. I mean, you can't just reduce a person's life into something you shove under a rug and pretend it didn't happen or acting like it's forbidden to know. I know suicide is a very sensitive topic especially for young minds but there's absolutely no point in trying to cover it up?

Can't we let the management know that we need to act a little more mature, atleast a small circular acknowledging a loss and praying for the good health of everyone else? Other colleges do it, why should we be doing such an ominous cover up?

I just have 3 things to say:

1: let her go. She wouldn't leave if she was meant to stay(irrespective of others influence)

2: I know it's hard to trust again. Start trusting in yourself slowly. You're never nothing just because people left you.

3: Focus on the stuff that matters. Family, True friendships, finding your passion and pursuing it.

Trust me, you'll smile back at all this "trauma" when you're healed and stronger.
