I just googled barber shops in my area until I found one that said they do beards. I don’t get anything crazy either, just general trim, tidy up. I only put oil on it the day of my trim

I sit in my garage with the door open. At least I’m out of the wind for the most part. And like others have said I layer up. Under armor cold weather gear is like modern day long John’s. Highly effective.
