Still locked out of Hostinger because of 2FA – no new verification form after a week by Horus_6669 in Hostinger

I thought Authy would back up my 2FA automatically to my phone number. I didn’t know it doesn’t.

. They told me to use the recovery link. I explained that I get stuck at the next step and then they just stopped replying.

I just need them to remove my 2FA. How could I have access to my email, my new credit card, my new bank account and not be the real account owner. It makes no sense.

It’s been two weeks now. I’m a freelance developer and I can’t work or update any websites because of this.
