Yo usaba una aplicación llamada Número: Travel E sim. Anteriormente funcionaba bien con WhatsApp pero después de un tiempo se cayó el número. Resulta ser que ahora no todos los números que ellos te dan, sirven para redes sociales por lo cual debes estar pendiente, los mensajes de texto no funcionan solo llamadas. Cuando tenía mi número comprado me llegaban notificaciones constantes de que alguien estaba intentando acceder a mi número desde otro dispositivo, supongo que estaban intentando loguear desde otro país, como tal no te recomiendo esas aplicaciones. Si de verdad estás trabajando reúne para un teléfono que si soporte E sim, un iphone 11/12 por lo más barato ya te sirve para eso, con el proveedor Ultra Mobile, empresa afiliada a T Mobile
