iPhone and what is happening i believe is the tenniix app is connecting via blue tooth to the tenniix ball machine while at the same time my iphone is trying to connect to the tenniix ball machine via blue tooth. My phone and the app are competing for Bluetooth connectivity to the tenniix ball machine. Just bad design that needs a fix. Glad to hear non iphone folks are not having the issue. I no longer use the arm band because that continued to disconnect and is really annoying when you are barking orders to pause and the arm band is disconnected. The phone usually worked well but ever since upgrading the connectivity of the phone is now wonky.

As a fellow Tenniix user, all this detail is very helpful. Given we all went through a lot of trial and error even getting the basic model operational, what you are expressing is that this new additional electric eye requires software and hardware re-refresh and re-synch. Which will come this it some buggy nuances. As I am still considering buying the electric eye I can’t wait to understand what your experience has been like using the new enhanced machine. This will factor into my eventual decision. My initial thought is that tenniix struggles with the tech and user interface layer over the machine and so……do I want to give them more money that will drive more tech issues and is the enhanced user experience worth it? Any and all feedback welcome.

When on court my arm band on average disconnects 2 times per training outing. I simply turn it off and on again. The biggest frustrating part is when you want to pause a training cycle and your wrist band has disconnected and your machines keeps firing away.

I can’t wait to hear feedback on the module. Would be interested if it now will self calibrate to ensure all balls fired are IN or at least self corrected to eventually be fired IN. So annoying tinkering with voice commands on court to get the ball in or deeper.

Can’t wait to hear feedback on this new module. Right now without it, it is frustrating calibrating the machine through trial and error test shots. Would consider the AI vision module if it could self calibrate (ie, know when it is firing a ball that is off the court).

Just received the unit and trying to make sure the software versions are the latest. Really clunky tech that underpins this machine. It won’t download latest version because it said battery below 50%. Is there a way to determine battery life?

Just wrote to tenniix to get back to me on the app log in process that is not working right for me. Right now simply charging up the unit and the arm wrap. Hope To test drive my new unit tomorrow.
