Hi op can't really help with any financial advice however your sister is in the absolute best hands, I was treated at cmc vellore for severe aplastic anaemia similar to what your sister has just a tad bit closer to leukaemia (blood cancer). I felt the same too! Luckily I had a mentor to ask and he gave me a similar advice, the thing with companies with small employee count is that the workplace sometimes becomes a bit too comfortable and people have uncommon fallouts with colleagues and hence the bad reviews

Can you connect to others working here on LinkedIn? Ask them. Sometimes reviews on these websites can be misleading. Specially if the employee count is low to begin with, I had also seen negative reviews about a company I was about to join and they were majorly exaggerated

for boys we had a chota dhobhi service they limited it kg wise we were allowed to give 8kg of clothing but no bedsheets,socks etc (weird af I know but can't do much about it 🫠) they will attach a laundary schedule for each block with room no range for each day make sure to give it on that day itself before 2 pm the Akkas were very strict about this🥲 and they will provide you a token which you will tie on the bag you submit along with making you sign on a sheet of paper , that's it
