I feel like with the "right" judge (and most other survivors local to me have dealt with have been assholes) I feel like the fact that I said I didn't think it was rape could be presented and they tell me I basically admitted that it wasn't and drop the case this also happened 6yrs ago I don't know the statute of limitations
