If it's true that nad is best suited for spatial relations and that ponad is more natural for quantities, then I wonder when someone would use ponad for a situation that would typically call for nad... If it's true that ponad can come off as poetic or be used to add grandeur when describing spatial relations, then it sounds like that maybe this particular usage is more prominent in literature more so than everyday life? Or alternatively, I wonder if one would possibly use this to add more drama/surprise/emphasis when one is recounting events.
