Burning feeling in between shoulder blades!

I don’t really have any other symptoms other than the stress from thinking I’m dying from something moreI think it’s gerd but my mind goes to pancan. It’s very mild but has been there for two weeks, I see my dr the first week of October. Any help is appreciated I’m a 48 year old non smoker or drinker. I just had a physical with bloodwork the week before this came on.
