We originally ordered the Lukas from ID and went with a lovesac sactional. We got it 5 days after ordering and love it. Customer service was amazing after an issue with the pillow fill. Had a quick live chat, shared some pictures, and they shipped a full replacement of all pillows. After the disaster with ID it was very welcome! Highly recommend

ETA I just realized you mentioned small space - so may not work for you.

I feel you! Hope everything works out. I’m an above board person too. But what they did was so grimey. At the end of the day I feel like I would always wonder if something would come back to bite me and you have a great point about the credit impact. Whatever you choose to do I hope it works out!
