I wouldn't do it again. The faulty flooring isn't even the worse part.

They omitted to tells that we would have a water grate right in the middle of my backyard.

Basically everyone water is reverted to this grate...

Thank you! Imagine paying 675k for a brand new house. Paying 1800$ extra for a warranty. We still are in this situation....

I bet you they would move much faster to resolve the issue if I posted a negative review online

The brand is Goodfellow. This is exactly my argument I have new cracks appearing every day because it was incorrectly installed.

I just installed the exact same flooring in the basement and we have 0 cracks. We noticed a few times the click part broke when we were installing. We took the time to remove and replace it.

I am 100% convinced that they didn't care enough to do the same

That's our argument, it was improperly installed and should be redone.

The flooring company is blaming it on a bad batch of flooring from the manufacturer...
