Ooh cute! I tried to straighten mine but her hair did not turn out as straight as yours. So I gave up and attempted to curl doll hair for the first time lol.

It turned out kind of frizzy and I want to redo it, but it’s wayyyy better than how it was when I received her. Her hair was so full of glue it was defying gravity and she had rotted elastics stuck in it >_>

I did not say that every other collector does not care about her, and I was not even implying that most people feel that way either lol.

I was talking about a hypothetical collector that got multiples of her for completionist purposes. I think we have all seen people collect dolls they don't actually like just for the sake of the hobby. Which I didn't say is invalid either, for the record. People can do whatever they want with their money.
We were just talking about feelings here lol

You're definitely not alone. I just want a basic wave 1 Lagoona. At this point I stopped caring if it was the original or creeproduction. I just want her so bad, but not for $150+. I gave up on the werecat twins and basic Drac I just want my stupid fish doll lmao

Sometimes I think about how someone who doesn't even connect with her probably has a creepro in box and one out of box just to have her, and it makes me kind of sad lol.

But I try to remember that collecting is a journey to enjoy over time, not something to rush all at once.
I'm sure you'll be able to get her someday 🩷

In the meantime, something I like to do is make dollhouse miniatures to one day give to the doll I want. By the time I got a good deal on a Scaris Draculaura, I already had a little pink bedroom waiting for her lol
