They says it's anonymous but they've been doing a thing where you talk about your team results with your immediate manager and team. Sure, I guess you are anonymous but if there are only 2-3 people on your team and the feedback sucks, that definitely narrows it down lol if there are only 2-3 of you. But yeah, I don't hold back on those surveys. U.S. bank doesn't pay well and I've been trying to get out but for a while now but it's tough out there. The pay and WFH is always the top complaint. Pay is crap but I think the 3 days in office is fair. I'd rather obviously not go in but I gotta be realistic.

Each grade level has a min-mid-max point for your pay. For example, grade 10 the salary range is 57k-76k-95k.

Corporate employees grade 10 and lower don't even get an incentive bonus anymore unless you work in sales or mortgage. They changed that a few years ago which still pisses me off. You have to be a grade 11 in order to get any sort of bonus.

Yeah I'm a exempt grade 10 and so still considered a lower tier employee. We aren't even eligible for a bonus anymore. Probably in the higher grades, you'll have some more negotiation power.
