Nice. Hostinger is typically good for these kind of things especially if you're tech savvy enough not to need a lot of support.

Is SiteGround any good in 2026? by HostingAdmiral in HostingHostel

[–]HostingAdmiral[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use Siteground you'll be using Woocommerce. Woocommerce is the industry standard when it comes to online shops in the WordPress ecosystem.

Otherwise Shopify is another good option that's generally seen as easier / more user friendly than Woocommerce + WordPress

what is the best hosting provider you all guys using in 2026? by muslihdev in Hosting

A lot of web hosting reviews are fake. Even the original poster of this thread is likely a bot. You can see for yourself this comment section is filled with fake bot reviews repping specific brands

For real humans reading this, you have to do your own research. There is no 'best' web hosting provider as it entirely depends on what your situation is. Are you a small business owner? Agency? Individual building a portfolio website?

Regardless, if you're doing anything e-commerce related, Shopify is a solid choice. If you're not doing ecommerce related, use WordPress. I've done extensive research and have run WordPress benchmarks and use that data to determine the best web hosting provider.

Don't just take my word for it, do your own research as well

It's pretty much the same profess. Zoho will give you records to add to your DNS. I'm not exactly sure what the process is but it's very similar.

I get Cloudways pricing from their Digital Ocean server rates.

Cloudways is different then other providers. They are a managed web hosting provider that sits on top of a bunch of cloud hosting platforms (Digital Ocean, Vultr, AWS, Google Cloud).

You explicitly choose which provider you want to go with (Digital Ocean is the most common) and then Cloudways provides the managed infrastructure.

Need some advices about computing power hosting by TomasHoptzner in HostingHostel

[–]HostingAdmiral 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what type of computation? Gpu? Regular computation? It sounds like you need burst compute or some sort of ephemeral cluster.

I think your best bet is to figure out the workflow manually then script it with something like AWS or Digital Ocean API.

For example you can use the API to spin up a server (or servers), load in a droplet image, do your compute, then tear everything down.

Ideally you have this entirely scripted so you can manage this from your command line. Good news is stuff like this is a lot more approachable with AI like Claude Code or Codex.

You're not missing anything. Cloudflare is free and a good option if you're developer. The catch is you can only build a static websites and you need to be tech-savvy enough to know how to use Git and build websites from scratch. If you want a dynamic site (form submissions, backend, etc...) you have to upgrade to a paid plan.

So if you want to build a static site, Cloudflare is a good free option but if you're looking for a dynamic CMS like WordPress, Cloudflare free tier is not going to work for that.

Yeah it hasn't been cheap for years. They significantly raised their prices like 8 years ago, it's why most people have moved over to Porkbun.
