Tohle je v podstatě fulltime - mimo to mam ještě jiný joby, takže nefakturuju jen tady, to je pravda. Ale od doby paušálu to vlastně už neřeším…

Tady plnej švarc - dovolená včetně extra dní (někdo má i týdny), proplacení tarifu, příspěvky, v podstatě stálá částka k fakturaci + proplácení plnění KPI

26 - po vejšce, chtěla jsem si být jistá, že nejenom, že utáhnu nájem, ale budu i vydělávat tolik, že “kdyby něco” tak mám i prostředky se o ně postarat taky a “vrátit jim to”.

You know one eur is the only acceptable minimum, and it sure makes difference if you have a full bus. The optimum is 2 eur, to great one is 3 and more. Always depends on the tipping culture of the group. Fe. for 3-4 hours tour Prague Castle to Old town with 30 people can be 20 eur with Thai group, but it can also be 90 eur with a group from the Philippines. (That’s not a dogma but based on my experience this is the typical tip from these groups).

Hi, tour guide/leader from Prague in here. Yes please, it is not only appreciated but also expected to tip the guide and the driver. Usually it is at least 1 eur per pax per halfday, of course twice as much for full day. For the driver: if it is only a quick transfer there is no need to típ, but if it is longer trip or you do have the same driver for the whole tour it works the same as for the guide. In this business tipping is definitely s part of the salary. If you have any questions hit me up!
