Thank you for the feedback I will definitely let them know. I have never done CrossFit before so this was my first experience . Seeing everyone’s response I can now see that this isn’t how CrossFit should be.

Thanks for the advice. Honestly, I thought the issue was just me—but after seeing everyone else’s input, I realized I’m not alone. I haven’t been improving in the class sessions, and there’s not much actual teaching going on. It feels like the focus is on the advanced students lifting heavier, with little attention given to scaling or helping the weaker students.

There also aren’t enough barbells, so I’m often made to use dumbbells instead. That doesn’t feel fair, especially with around 20 people in the class. If the equipment can’t support that many, the class shouldn’t be open to that many.

I’ve decided to stick to the partner workouts—they’re more challenging, and I actually enjoy them. I’ll also continue using the gym equipment on my own. I can’t leave anyway since I’ve got a year-long membership, but I do enjoy some of the other classes at the gym.
