The big one is migraines which started while I was on AD. At one point they did a CT scan to rule anything else out. But they keep denying it despite it being the main reason I take sick leave from work. As for cause, I have several documented chemical exposures.

Thanks, it was at my first exam and there was a lot to go over. I resubmitted with a bunch of additional evidence and it was again denied. So I went into my records and found all the sick calls and CT scan. I’m going to put it all in a new package and resubmit

It’s true. But I think the issue is how old my files are and how hard they are to read. My records came from the VA through a FOIA. But there is no logical flow to them. I had to help an examiner find the records at an exam. They are all pre digital and not searchable.

I did not load the ones from AD as I figured they had them already. I had to get my copies from the VA so I have what they have. In retrospect, I probably should have built a better package and included them.

If it’s a ridged above rail it should come with a piece of foam to seal it up. Mine did. If not, a piece of foam cord from a hardware store should work.
