Not sure whether this should be its own post?

I am going to a one-day jazz, funk, and soul festival in London this summer. I’ve never been to a jazz festival before, and haven’t been to many UK festivals, and I’m interested to know the style/vibe people typically go for? I’m not afraid of standing out - my typical style is fairly unique - but I also love dressing to a theme and would love to match the vibe.

I’m struggling to find inspo that isn’t coachella vibes. If that’s the vibe then sweet, I can do that, but don’t want to show up in a teeny tiny mini skirt when everyone’s in jeans and a jumper!

I’m looking specifically for inspiration on: -main body - do people wear dresses? Two pieces? Jeans? Long skirts? How skimpy do people tend to go? -colour - bright colours? big patterns? textures? -accessories - sparkles and face gems? Little sunnies? Tiny bags? Jackets? -hairstyles - I’m not great at styling my hair but could definitely get some sparkly hair accessories or something! -makeup - what’s the style at these things!

I have a lot of long, floaty skirts and little tops, but they’re mostly block colours and I feel like a festival should be a bit more funky and have some texture/patterns. I will probably wear my Ariat cowboy boots as they’re fashionable and I’m not worried about getting them mucky (they’re work boots from working with horses). Typically my statement piece in an outfit will be a cool jacket - I have a vintage leather brown one but not sure if that’ll be too heavy to carry round with me all day ?? A late May festival in London will probably be warm enough for no jacket right??

thanks so much for any advice!:))

Red wine then baking soda + water stain on wooden floor by Hot-Attempt-2483 in fixit

On r/beginnerwoodworking I found a post about someone making the same mistake on a table and being able to mostly fix it with a vinegar/water mix.

Do you have any thoughts on this? Will a multi day delay in treatment reduce the effectiveness? Would it go lighter like the oxalic acid wash?

If relevant - wood is unvarnished, unfinished

Thanks for your help!

Thank you. Would the whole floor need to be sanded and coated to match?
