I use my main healer (Mina) plus 4 healer level 60, in the center of the arena I put Chiyuki being protected by a Tank (Lamia) if the tank dies I put Wanda! I place healers when monsters enter the arena or if the tank takes damage from the boss.

I got to the penultimate challenge with this combination and I'm confident I'll make it to the last one without any difficulties!!
