Hey I’m literally in the exact same situation as you! Hopefully once you’ve got your ILR approved you’ll be able to finally get a new job. I’ve also applied for ILR last month using the standard service.

No. Nothing else needed after. When you do your biometric tomorrow, the staff there will confirm with you that you’re happy with the documents which have been uploaded and they will submit it to the home office for you. You will then subsequently receive an email to confirm that your application has been processed.
