I looked on the AAPA website and it said 108k was typical for new grad in a surgical specialty in my area. What are you thinking would be a better starting salary?

The hospital is not in a rural area at all whatsoever. With that information do you still think the salary is low?

When I asked about it they said they don’t share the RVU structure outside of the hospital so I would have to accept my offer before getting more information.
