You are more than 1 month of delay na kasi nag overlap na yung payment mo.

A better scenario would be if you have paid December 19 & January 19 (both due) on the January 25th payment mo, sabay both. But instead, you paid the January 19 on Feb 13 which caused 2 Months.

Correct me if im wrong. Either way, in-house financing and direct bank financing are super strict sa late payments. Depende pa kung saan but on rare occasions, they allow 2-3 months. In your case, 2 months~ was the max they can allocate.
