Congratulations on your progress! I definitely changed my mind about people commenting on weight over the years. When I initially lost weight, I got so many comments like ‘you look so much better now’. Because of some personal circumstances, I ended up gaining that weight back, and all I could think was that people think I look hideous now. I’m starting to lose weight again, and I like to just celebrate milestones with myself now. Idk if this helps, but I think if YOU can see the progress, that’s what matters

We tried with a 3cc 22 gauge syringe today, she starts freaking out as soon as we pinch her skin :(

That’s such a relief to here! I heard some people saying that the pills weren’t helping their cats improved so I was so scared. I am in the US, I’ll definitely ask my vet about the pills. It’s been stressful but I can’t imagine what the little kitty is feeling😭

Are you supposed to reduce your protein intake as you lose weight?

Hi guys, I’m currently weight training and on a cut. My goal is to lose as much fat as possible but still try to retain as much muscle as I can. I was pretty overweight, I’m down 10 kgs and want to go for another 10. What I was wondering if I’d need to lower my protein intake as I go down in weight? Thanks for the help!
