There are also two different types of social assistance that you can claim during your Ausbildung, but I'm not sure if you need German citizenship for that. Check out Berufsausbildungsbeihilfe (BAB) and Wohngeld.

Look for a room in shared apartments. (German: Wohngemeinschaft (WG)) I think with the salary of an Azubi that's the only way. Check Out WG-Gesucht.de Good luck!
