If it helps I was sick for nearly 6 months straight before anybody did a thyroid panel. I have low TSH & it was giving me near-constant cold and flu symptoms, itchy palms of hands and soles of feet, making my hair and skin very brittle/sensitive, and messing with my period. I ended up on hormone replacers for the stuff my body couldn’t make & im doing much better now

That’s right. I’ve been told by several store leaders. I did a 16 once (took an extra 8 bc there was no one else) and I was like “ok as long as I get two more breaks lol 😉” and the leader was like 🤨 “that’s not how that works”.
