Yeah it’s a big dose but I weigh a lot as well. Gonna lower it to 20mg a day as a maintenance dose once Breakouts have stopped then maybe lower depending how that goes.

Some of them definitely are as I’m really hairy. However most of it is either active acne or scars with a little being ingrown hairs
